We’re on a mission to make delicious things without leaving a bitter aftertaste on the environment. From the ingredients we source to the packaging we use and the way we deliver, we’re constantly reviewing how we can do better, waste less, and tread lighter.
That’s why we’ve introduced our People Planet Promise — a commitment to our team, our customers, and our environment. It guides every decision we make, ensuring that sustainability isn't an afterthought — it's at the heart of everything we do.

Our Packaging Commitment
At Marble Jar, we believe that packaging should protect the planet as much as it protects your order.
That’s why almost all of our cupcake, brownie, and cake boxes are fully recyclable. The only exception is our Gluten-Free range, which must be safely pre-packed in clear plastic to meet food safety and visibility standards.
We’ve been working closely with our packaging partners to ensure that our materials are responsibly sourced. In fact, many of our boxes come from community-focused suppliers in India, where small-scale farmers are given seeds to grow trees. After four years, they’re paid a fair price for the timber — which is then turned into eco-friendly board.
